QANTAS Wine Show of Western Australia

Originating in Mount Barker in 1978, the Qantas Wine Show of Western Australia marks 36 years of celebrating and judging the best of Western Australian grown wines.

The 2012 Awards and Gala Awards Dinner at the Hyatt Regency Perth signifies and celebrates the dedication, focus and commitment of the wine industry in Western Australia.

Beginning in 1978 as part of the Mount Barker and Districts Agricultural Show, the Qantas Wine Show of Western Australia has grown to become a separate and distinguished event which annually determines the best of Western Australian wines. From only six classes in 1978, the show now includes 42 classes and 17 trophies including the prestigious Qantas Award for Best Wine of Show.
