Using the Online Entry Form
The first component of the entry form enables you to enter your winery and contact details. Once this has been filled in, click on the OK button to proceed to entering in your wines into their respective classes.
One form is displayed at a time. Please enter the first of your wines into the applicable class and fill in all the details, paying particular attention to the questions at the bottom of the form. To add the next wine, click on the ADD NEW WINE ENTRY button. You will need to click on the ADD NEW WINE ENTRY button for each wine that you wish to enter. The wines that you have already entered will be displayed above the empty form. If you are entering 10 wines, you will have 10 forms displaying the details for each wine.
Once you have finished entering in all your wines, click on the SUBMIT COMPLETED REGISTRATION button. You will be prompted to OK this action. IMPORTANT: Once you have submitted the completed wine entry, you will NOT be able to go back and enter more wines. If you wish to enter multiple wines, click on the ADD NEXT WINE ENTRY button until all wines have been entered.
When you submit the entry, you will be directed to the cart which will give you an overview of what you have entered with the ability to delete the entries if needed. One of the entries will be for the Exhibitors Lunch. If you are not able to attend, you can either delete the option or type 0 into the box provided. You can enter in as many tickets as your require for this function. If you change the number in the Exhibitors Luncheon box, you can click on the Update button to update the totals, or you can submit the cart - and you will see the updated totals in the invoice.
The Payment Options window is now displayed. You can elect to pay by Direct Deposit (select the first option), with your Credit Card (the second option which uses Mastercard Payment Gateway credit card payment facilities), or by Cheque (the third option). Click on the option that is applicable to you, then click on the Continue button. If you elected to pay by Direct Deposit, the bank account details are sent to your email address. Your tax invoice is now displayed. A copy of this is sent to your email address, along with a confirmation email. If you elected to pay with your credit card, you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can then pay securely using your credit card.

Delivery of Wine to Depots
Complimentary delivery of wine exhibits (classes 1-43) available when wine is delivered to the following depots between the dates 12th - 21st September 2016. The wine entries are collected from the depots, for transport to Mount Barker on Thursday 22nd September 2016.
